In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the application of electronic contracts is becoming increasingly important for businesses, helping to save time and costs, increase work efficiency and optimize work processes. In order to help businesses grasp the necessary knowledge to effectively apply electronic contracts, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organizes the Training Course "Updating the legal basis and instructions for implementing electronic contracts in businesses" within the framework of the Project "Promoting the development of business ethics and business culture in the community of Vietnamese entrepreneurs and businesses in the period of 2024-2030". Details of the Training Course are as follows:

The training course will help businesses better understand the benefits of electronic contracts, current and future trends in applying electronic contracts, and security issues in the electronic contract provision system. The training course also provides knowledge about the process of creating, establishing, signing and storing electronic contracts and tools and technologies to support electronic contracts. In addition, the training course analyzes real-life situations of disputes and complaints related to electronic contracts.

The lecturers of the Program are senior experts with rich practical experience in implementing electronic contracts in enterprises.
