According to the annual cooperation program between the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Brexa CrossBorder Organization - in charge of the "International Labor Reiwa 7" Project under the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan, VCCI organizes a course with the theme "Effective labor dispute resolution - Practical experience from Japanese Small and Medium Enterprises". The course is designed to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle problems arising in labor relations to protect the rights of employees and employers, through practical experiences from Japanese enterprises.
The course is instructed by Lawyer Shohei Sugita, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Keio University, Lecturer at the Center for Japanese Law Research and Education (Vietnam), Faculty of Graduate Law, Nagoya University, and visiting researcher at Hanoi Law University. He is currently working at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune – one of Japan’s leading law firms – and is an international cooperation expert at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The content is taught in Japanese, with Japanese-Vietnamese interpretation.
Time: From 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, August 13-14, 2025 (02 days)
Location: Hall No. 1, 7th floor - VCCI Building, No. 9 Dao Duy Anh, Kim Lien, Hanoi.
Number and participants: 30 people. Middle managers and above and those who plan to start a business.
Tuition: 1,000,000 VND/person (VCCI member)/ 02 days.
1,200,000/student (not yet a VCCI member)/ 02 days
