The year 2026 has witnessed significant changes in the legal framework governing taxation, labor, and social insurance. The implementation of new regulations, such as Decree No. 283/2026/ND-CP on administrative sanctions, which takes effect on September 10, 2026, and regulations on electronic labor contracts effective from July 1, 2026, is posing major challenges for enterprises in managing costs and ensuring legal compliance.
