Against the backdrop of continued tariff reduction under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), including the EVFTA, CPTPP, and RCEP, the proper management of origin documentation and accurate application of rules of origin (C/O) have become critical for import-export enterprises. In practice, many enterprises have faced difficulties, including the rejection of C/O applications, denial of preferential tariff treatment in importing countries, and additional tax assessments due to challenges in calculating RVC/CTC criteria, preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), or errors in electronic declarations.

To help enterprises strengthen compliance capabilities, address practical documentation challenges, and master C/O declaration procedures, the Enterprise Development Institute under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), within the framework of the “Advanced Training and Business Networking Program for Developing Entrepreneurial Leadership and Large Enterprises,” is organizing the following training course:
