Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council
To accompany enterprises in promoting women’s economic empowerment, building fair and sustainable workplaces through the development of the Care Economy, and implementing gender equality and family-friendly policies in businesses, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in coordination with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), will organize a training course entitled “Building Sustainable Enterprises through Care Economy Models and Family-Friendly Policies.”
The training course is organized within the framework of the project “Strengthening Women’s Economic Empowerment through Supporting Enterprises’ Market Access, Promoting Gender Equality, and Developing the Care Economy,” funded by UN Women.
Detailed information on the training course is as follows:
Time: From 08:00 to 17:00, Thursday, December 18, 2025
Venue: National Assembly Guest House, No. 02 Hoang Cau Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi

Participation fee: Free of charge (covered by the project)
By participating in the training course, delegates will have the opportunity to: gain a clear understanding of the importance of the Care Economy in promoting gender equality and building family-friendly workplaces, thereby helping to improve labor productivity, retain employees, and achieve sustainable growth; directly participate in designing care service delivery models tailored to enterprise characteristics; conduct field visits to enterprises providing care services under models that ensure affordability, good quality, and decent work; and exchange and connect with experts, authorities, organizations, and enterprises that are implementing family-friendly policies.
