Venue: Conference Hall No. 3, 7th Floor, VCCI Building, No. 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Kim Lien Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Lecturer: Mr. Asano Masakazu, Senior Consultant and Head of the Consulting Department, Japan Productivity Center (JPC). JPC is one of Japan's leading organizations dedicated to promoting productivity improvement, digital transformation, and management methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Participants: A maximum of 30 participants, including middle-level managers and above, as well as individuals planning to establish their own businesses.
Participation Fee:

VND 1,000,000 per participant (for VCCI members) / 2-day program.
VND 1,400,000 per participant (for non-VCCI members) / 2-day program.
