In implementing its annual work program and continuing efforts to promote administrative procedure reforms and alleviate difficulties for the business community, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, will organize the National Dialogue Conference between the Ministry of Finance and Businesses on tax and customs policies and administrative procedures in 2024.

To ensure thorough preparation for the above-mentioned conference and other activities supporting businesses, VCCI is conducting a survey to gather feedback from businesses regarding their experiences with the tax and customs sectors in recent times. We respectfully request that businesses/business associations review, complete the attached form, and submit it to the Membership Affairs Department - VCCI by October 10, 2024, for consolidation and contribution of feedback to the Ministry of Finance and relevant agencies. For businesses interested in attending and engaging directly with the Ministry of Finance leadership (General Department of Taxation and General Department of Customs), please indicate this clearly on the information form, and we will send an invitation to the dialogue conference once plans are finalized with the Ministry of Finance.

In addition to the above content, VCCI welcomes and appreciates businesses' feedback on all areas related to administrative procedure reforms, environmental and policy contributions, challenges, and difficulties affecting businesses. VCCI will compile and collaborate with businesses to present and reflect these issues to the Government and relevant authorities in the process of overcoming related obstacles.
