Viet Potentials Academy (VPA)
This program contributes to the implementation of the target of training 10,000 chief executive officers (CEOs), as set out in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025, issued by the Politburo on the development of the private sector. The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in partnership with Andrews University (USA), is implementing the CEO Training Program for Vietnamese enterprises.
The tuition fee for the program is VND 50 million, funded by VCCI and sponsoring organizations. Each participant is only required to pay a fee of VND 4.5 million (excluding VAT) to cover the general costs of the course.
This is a practical, hands-on training program comprising 26 classroom sessions, held on Fridays and Saturdays. The Vietnamese faculty consists of experienced professionals with backgrounds in senior management, executive leadership, or consulting at major enterprises, complemented by invited business leaders who share their experiences and insights.
+ Module 2 (Optional, held in the United States): Upon completing the foundational Business Administration training program, participants will have the opportunity to receive a 50% scholarship to attend a corporate management training program at Andrews University, USA, in 2027 (locations: Michigan and Chicago). The estimated all-inclusive fee per participant is USD 2,900, covering tuition, company visits and practical learning trips, certificates, hotel accommodation in the United States, meals, transportation, and sightseeing fees; international airfare is not included. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion from the Global Executive Institute of Andrews University.

There is no limit on the number of participants from each enterprise. Enterprises that register earlier will be given priority in class allocation. If the number of registrations exceeds the prescribed class capacity, applicants will be placed on a waiting list for subsequent classes.

Ms. Ha Thi Thu Thanh is one of Vietnam’s leading experts in corporate governance, auditing, and business consulting. She currently serves as Chairwoman of the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) and was recognized by Forbes as one of Vietnam’s 50 Most Influential Women in 2017 and 2019.
She is one of the founders and former Chairwoman of the Members’ Council and CEO of Deloitte Vietnam, one of the Big Four international auditing firms. She also serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs and is a member of the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform.
Dr. Can Van Luc is Chief Economist at BIDV and a member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration from Monash University, Australia, and was a Senior Research Fellow at Harvard University from 2007 to 2009. He previously worked at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the U.S. Federal Reserve (FED) in 2008.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Thai Hoa is a strategy expert and former Chief Strategy Officer of FPT Group and VNPT Group. He has also served as Deputy Director of Schneider Electric Vietnam and as General Director of Quality Assurance for Schneider Electric in the Asia-Pacific region.
He actively promotes innovative business culture, business philosophy, and entrepreneurial spirit. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of DigiLife Multimedia Communications Joint Stock Company. He is passionate about Trinh Cong Son’s music, has produced numerous albums, and has organized Trinh music concerts both in Vietnam and abroad.
Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa is Chairman of the National Startup Association (VINEN) for the 2021–2026 term. He previously served as a lecturer at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and is an expert in leadership capacity research. He has authored numerous books on entrepreneurship and leadership thinking and has made significant contributions to promoting Vietnam’s startup ecosystem.
Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh is Director of Andrews University in Vietnam and an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Andrews University.
He has more than 30 years of experience in postgraduate management at Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Griggs University (USA); and Andrews University (USA) in Vietnam. He is also a consultant on numerous advisory projects for Vietnamese enterprises.
Mr. Vu Tri Dung is one of Vietnam’s leading marketing experts and a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Marketing, National Economics University, the French-Vietnamese Center for Management Training (CFVG), and CMC University.
He has more than 30 years of experience in training and consulting for hundreds of leading Vietnamese enterprises on marketing management, customer service, customer care, business strategy, and related topics.
Ms. Doan Van Anh has nearly 20 years of experience in senior management and human resources leadership positions at various domestic and international enterprises. She is a lecturer for the VCCI Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council and the WeLead Women Leaders Network, as well as a practical human resources training expert for enterprises.
Mr. Vu Sy Cuong is currently a lecturer at the Vietnam Academy of Finance and holds the academic title of Associate Professor and a doctoral degree.
He earned his Master's and PhD degrees in Tax Management and Finance from Paris Dauphine University (Paris 9) and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, France. He has many years of teaching experience at the Vietnam Academy of Finance and has provided training for leading Vietnamese business executives.
Dr. Do Tien Long is currently a lecturer at the FSB Institute of Business Administration and Technology, FPT University. Previously, he spent many years teaching at the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
He has nearly 30 years of experience in teaching and consulting for hundreds of leading Vietnamese enterprises on business strategy, leadership skills, and human resource management.
Mr. Huynh Minh Quoc is one of Vietnam’s leading experts in Lean 4.0 management. He currently serves as CEO of ISC Vietnam (M&G Group) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Athena I&E.
With more than 20 years of experience, he is recognized for successfully implementing Lean 4.0 solutions that have increased productivity by 30%. He specializes in consulting for major enterprises and serves as a Lean lecturer at Toyota Australia.
Mr. Tuan Ha is the founder of Vinalink Academy, a digital marketing training institution, and Chairman of VINALINK and THEVUON. He is an advisor to Shark Tank Vietnam, co-founder and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Marketing and Communications Community (VMCC), and an expert in creative communication concepts and digital marketing strategy consulting for Vietnam’s largest corporations.
Dr. Tran Manh Nam holds a PhD in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
With more than 16 years of experience in the fintech sector, he currently serves as Director of the Enterprise Division at VNPAY, one of the few Vietnamese companies recognized as a unicorn, with a valuation exceeding USD 1 billion. He leads a team focused on designing comprehensive digital transformation and digital payment solutions for enterprises.
Dr. Nguyen Van Phung is the former Director General of the Department of Tax Administration for Large Enterprises under the General Department of Taxation.
He has more than 30 years of experience in tax administration, teaching, and consulting for leading Vietnamese enterprises on taxation and tax risk management.
Mr. Luu Xuan Vinh is CEO of Asia Legal Law Firm and a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
He is an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), the Australian International Commercial Arbitration Centre, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the Beihai Arbitration Commission.
He is also a law lecturer at the Judicial Academy and has participated in teaching numerous corporate legal training courses.
Dr. Tran Doan Kim is Director of the Vietnam Potential Development Center under VCCI.
He has 30 years of experience working at various enterprises and holding senior leadership positions at the FPT Leadership Institute and the NovaGroup Leadership Training Center, among others. He is also a lecturer at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and a visiting lecturer at Andrews University (USA) in Vietnam.
