Executive Training for Private Hospital CEOs

The Executive Training Program for Private Healthcare Enterprises in Vietnam organized by VCCI contributes to the implementation of the goal of training 10,000 executives set out in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated 4 May 2025 of the Politburo on private sector development. The program also aims to enhance the management and operational capacity of member enterprises of the Vietnam Private Hospitals Association.

This program is a practical activity supporting the establishment of the VCCI Private Healthcare Business Council and the implementation of the Private Healthcare Development Project for the 2026–2030 period, as agreed during a meeting between VCCI leadership and the leadership of the Vietnam Private Hospitals Association on 30 January 2026 in Hanoi. Under this agreement, one of the key activities of the VCCI Private Healthcare Business Council is to provide training and strengthen management capabilities for private healthcare enterprises.

• Duration: Classes will be held over four weeks on Fridays and Saturdays. The Hanoi course is expected to begin in late June 2026 and conclude in late August 2026. The Ho Chi Minh City course is expected to begin in July 2026 and conclude in September 2026.
• Venue: Hanoi (one class) and Ho Chi Minh City (one class).
• Participants: Senior executives and managers of private healthcare enterprises and/or personnel included in succession planning for senior leadership and management positions within these enterprises.
• Tuition Fee: VCCI will subsidize part of the tuition cost. Participants are required to contribute VND 5.8 million per person (excluding 8% VAT). Enterprises registering five participants will receive one additional complimentary seat.
