With a view to supporting the Vietnamese business community and entrepreneurs in enhancing leadership and executive management capabilities, developing a high-quality pool of senior executives in the context of international integration, and providing opportunities to learn from advanced management and training models while expanding cooperation with organizations and enterprises in Europe, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is organizing a study mission entitled “Enhancing Executive Leadership and Senior Management Capacity: Learning from Successful European Leadership Development and Management Models.”
          Through this program, the delegation will study and gain practical insights into modern management models, leadership development practices, strategic management, human resource management, brand building, innovation, the application of science and technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainable business development in European countries. The program will also provide a platform for Vietnamese enterprises to establish connections, exchange experiences, and explore cooperation opportunities with European organizations, associations, and enterprises, thereby contributing to enhancing the competitiveness and international integration of Vietnamese enterprises in the new development context.
