Vietnam Potential Development Center – VCCI
In order to contribute to the implementation of the goal of training 10,000 chief executive officers set out in Politburo Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 on private sector development, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in collaboration with Andrews University (United States), is offering a CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Training Program for Vietnamese enterprises.
The tuition fee for the Program is 50 million VND, funded by VCCI and sponsoring units. Each participant is only required to pay a single fee of 3 to 4 million VND to cover general course expenses.
This practical training program consists of 32 classroom sessions held on weekends (Friday and Saturday), taught by a team of Vietnamese lecturers with extensive senior management and executive experience or consulting experience in large enterprises, combined with leadership from prominent companies and VCCI invited to share experiences, along with some lecturers from Andrews University (United States) in Vietnam (with interpretation provided). The first course will open in Hanoi on March 6, 2026.
Target participants: Priority is given to enterprise leaders (owners, board members, members of the executive board) for small enterprises (under 100 employees and revenue under 100 billion VND per year); directors of member enterprises or middle managers designated for CEO positions (for medium and large enterprises).
Conditions for scholarship consideration:
· Sponsored participants pay only 3 million VND per person.
· VCCI member enterprises or branches registered by VCCI pay 3 million VND per person.
· Enterprises that are members of business associations linked to VCCI pay 4 million VND per person.
Andrews University, USA, VCCI’s training partner, will provide scholarships for an optional MBA Foundations Program consisting of two modules:
· Module 1 (online): 100% scholarship covering 8 foundational business administration courses at MBA standard; participants receive a certificate of completion and may be exempted from these courses if enrolling in the MBA program.
· Module 2 (in the United States): 50% scholarship to attend business management training at Andrews University, USA, from September 28 to October 2, 2026 (in Michigan & Chicago). Full fees are approximately USD 2,900 per participant (including tuition, field trips, certificate, hotel, meals, local transport; excluding international airfare). Participants receive a certificate of completion from the Global Executive Institute of Andrews University.

There is no limit on the number of registrants per enterprise; early registrants will be prioritized for class placement. If registrations exceed class capacity, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list for subsequent classes.

· Business Environment and New Business Trends: Digital Economy, Green Economy, Circular Economy, ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)
· Guest lectures from VCCI leaders and leaders of large foreign enterprises
· One session on applying AI to improve HR management efficiency
Week 6 (April 10–11, 2026)
· Topic: Professional CEO Image & Skills
· One session on applying AI to enhance marketing management efficiency
· One site visit to a leading enterprise & networking
Week 7 (April 17–18, 2026)
· Customer Experience Management & Employee Experience: 02 sessions (with industry expert)
· Group business planning guidance: 01 session
· One site visit to a leading enterprise & networking
Week 8 (May 8–9, 2026)
· Group investment pitch presentation
· Closing ceremony and issuance of program completion certificates
· Gala dinner & networking
