Dear Enterprises,

In order to contribute to the goal of training 10,000 CEOs as set out in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private sector development, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with Andrews University and in coordination with the Quang Ninh Business Association and the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, is organizing a CEO training program for Vietnamese enterprises in Quang Ninh.

The tuition fee for the program is VND 50 million, sponsored by VCCI and partners. Each participant is only required to pay VND 6.5 million to cover general program costs.

This is a highly practical training program consisting of 26 in-person sessions held on Fridays and Saturdays. The teaching team includes experienced Vietnamese lecturers who are senior managers or consultants at large enterprises, alongside guest speakers who are prominent business leaders and VCCI representatives, as well as international lecturers. The course in Quang Ninh is expected to commence in Ha Long City on April 18, 2026.

• Participants: Business leaders, managers, or mid-level managers who are being groomed for leadership positions.
• Optional program (study in the United States): After completing the 26-session CEO program, participants will have the opportunity to receive a 50% scholarship to attend a corporate governance training program at Andrews University, scheduled from September 28 to October 2, 2026 (locations: Michigan & Chicago).
  The estimated package cost is USD 2,900 per participant (including tuition, field trips, certification, accommodation, meals, transportation, and site visits; excluding international airfare). Participants will receive a certificate of completion from the Global Executive Institute of Andrews University.
