The brocade weaving vocational class organised by Krông Pắc district in Tân Tiến commune is quite lively, with exchanges between students and teachers. Despite being in place for just a month, the class has 35 enthusiastic ethnic students, with a dedicated teacher guiding every step, from threading to weaving patterns, with enthusiasm and hands-on instruction.

After attending a construction training class introduced by Krông Ana district, Y Nghiem Bya found stable employment. With support from local authorities, he and 19 other young people established a construction cooperative after receiving 60 million VND from local authorities for machinery.

Nearly 60% of Dak Lak province’s 1.9 million residents are of working age. Vocational education institutions have trained over 92,000 individuals since 2021, with more than 7,000 receiving training in rural areas, including over 6,000 ethnic people. Around 80% of workers find new or improved employment after this training, contributing to local socioeconomic development.
