According to i-Speed, Vietnam’s average mobile speed in Q2/2025 reached 75.19 Mbps. Viettel led with 83.6 Mbps, marking a 26% increase year-on-year.
Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung called digital infrastructure a national priority, setting minimum speed targets of 100 Mbps for 5G and 200 Mbps for fiber broadband.
