A new traning program called "Million Views Startup" training program has been launched with the ambitious goal of equipping 20 million young Vietnamese with skills and tools needed to thrive in the digital commerce landscape.
Held in Hanoi on June 8, the program brought together a community of content creators, TikTok developers, and participants from the tuition-free community initiative "Digital Literacy for All – Learning AI Together."
This program focuses on delivering AI and digital business training to youth across Vietnam, with a special emphasis on underserved and remote communities.

Along with training, the program featured hands-on activities designed to enhance young participants' digital business capabilities and foster a professional, socially responsible e-commerce community.
Trainees were guided through a comprehensive learning track that included initial skill assessments, short-form video production, product selection strategies, AI-assisted scriptwriting, and livestream organization.
The program is an example of how young people can lead the country’s digital transformation. It is in line with Resolutions No. 57 and No. 68, which promote science and technology in daily life and private sector development, respectively.
Speaking at the training course, Nguyen Huu Tuan, Director of the Center for E-commerce and Digital Technology Development (eComDX) at the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), said that content creators inspire and guide consumer behaviors, promoting the consumption of Vietnamese goods.
Therefore, content creators and social platforms leave a growing influence on Vietnam’s digital economy, along with the importance of ethical standards and legal compliance to contribute to sustainable development.
