Alongside its new schedule, VEEW 2026 is expanding its partnership ecosystem with the participation of PLASE Show and WEDTECH Show, while escalating B2B networking activities to establish the event as a specialised business platform for the event and exhibition community and related sectors in Viet Nam.

VEEW was established against a backdrop of continued growth in Viet Nam’s event and exhibition industry, driven by demand for experiential marketing, trade promotion, and brand-building for businesses, organisations, and localities. The market has developed a supply chain comprising organisers, agencies, venue operators, contractors, and equipment, technology, and service providers. However, resources remain fragmented, with no common platform where businesses can showcase their capabilities, pursue partners and discuss the industry’s long-term development.

Against this backdrop, VEEW has been developed as a specialised networking platform where businesses can showcase their capabilities, reach buyers, and pursue partners. In its new phase, the B2B focus will be reflected in activities connecting supply and demand, presenting solutions, discussing requirements, and expanding cooperation. The quality of meetings, access to decision-makers, and the potential for follow-up value after the event are key criteria of the programme.

Under the new structure, VEEW serves as the brand and platform connecting the various links in the event and exhibition industry. PLASE Show is a specialised event for sound, lighting, and performance equipment, constructed upon a professional organisational foundation and aimed at connecting brands, distributors, manufacturers, and the audio community.

Having held 15 editions, PLASE Show has gradually established itself as a reputable platform where new technologies and products in professional sound and lighting are exhibited directly to customers.

Through its partnership with VEEW, PLASE Show seeks to jointly expand its scale, enhance professional quality, and create more networking opportunities within the industry, assisting in promoting a more professional and dynamic Vietnamese market for sound and lighting equipment. Described as a “technology and creativity playground”, WEDTECH Show brings cutting-edge sound and lighting technologies, along with leading trends in wedding decoration, and fashion.

More than simply a venue for exhibiting capabilities and products, the event will also provide a space for suppliers to connect directly with industry professionals. The presence of WEDTECH Show within VEEW is expected to bring a breath of fresh air, promote professionalism, and help establish higher standards across Viet Nam’s event services industry.

Another highlight is that VEEW 2026 is expected to feature more than 180 standard booths, while PLASE Show will have nearly 100 large exhibition spaces ranging from 36sq m to 81sq m, featuring many renowned global audio brands such as L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, JBL, and Adamson, among others. With around 500 B2B buyers, the event is expected to draw 20,000–30,000 visitors over the three days.

Key activities are anticipated to encompass the Viet Nam Association of Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, and Event Organisers (VECA) Summit; a specialised conference on performance and entertainment; the Viet Nam MICE Summit; an exhibition and demonstration programme for sound and lighting technologies, along with specialised workshops (PLASE Show); the Viet Nam Wedding Summit; sound, lighting, and stage technology demonstrations and experiential programmes (PLASE Show Demo and WEDTECH Live Demo); WeFest – Rock Edition, a music festival connecting the wedding and event industry community; career-orientation sessions for students and young event professionals; a buyer programme; and a hot-air balloon festival.

With the message “Shaping Viet Nam’s Experience Economy”, VEEW aims to become an annual meeting point for businesses and professionals working in the event and exhibition industry. The event will provide a space for stakeholders across the value chain to update their knowledge of trends, deliberate upon technology, professional standards, and market demand, thereby helping enhance organisational capabilities, promote professionalism, and increase the industry’s economic contribution in Viet Nam.

VEEW 2026 is organised by the VECA, with Le Bros responsible for implementation in coordination with Nam Binh, organiser of PLASE Show, and Delavu, organiser of WEDTECH Show. The Viet Nam Exhibition Centre (VEC) is supporting the event as the venue partner.
