The annual TTG Travel Awards have been held by TTG Asia since 1989. For this year’s event, the awards aim to honour 88 leading enterprises operating in the field of tourism, entertainment, aviation, accommodation, and tourism promotion agencies throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

The Best Travel Agency Awards are based on three criteria: professionalism and excellence among staff, best value-added services for clients, and the best use of computer technology as a means of improving efficiency and effectiveness in services provided to customers.

On the same day, national firm TST tourist also received the 20th version of The Guide Awards, during an event held at the Flamingo Dai Lai Resort.

This marks the fourth time that TST tourist has been presented with the prestigious prize.

The Guide Awards is a prestigious prize organised by the Vietnam Economic Times and The Guide magazine. Since launching in 1999, the Guide Awards aims to honour and encourage businesses to increase the quality of their products and services.
