The General Department of Customs has recently issued decisions to recognize customs brokerage agents for three enterprises.

Particularly, the three new customs broker agents are: GSDP Co., Ltd and Vinh Phu Phat one-member company limited in Ho Chi Minh City and Hung Thanh trading and import, export Co., Ltd in Hanoi.

The above companies are responsible for complying with the Customs Law, Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance detailing the procedures for granting certificates of training in customs declaration; issuing and revoking customs broker codes; procedures for recognition and operation of customs brokerage agents (revised by Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019).

The decisions to recognize customs brokerage agents for the three companies took effect from the signing date (November 18, 2020).
