The event holds significant importance in enhancing exchange, understanding, and cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea across economic, cultural, and social domains.
It stands as the largest cultural exchange and business connection event in the northern province of Thai Binh to date, attracting over 10,000 participants, including leaders at various levels, businesses, locals, and tourists from both Vietnam and South Korea.
With a large-scale setup, the Thai Binh Homecoming Day event featured diverse and rich activities. The International Agricultural Fair 2023 gathered over 200 booths showcasing products and services from Vietnamese and Korean businesses.
The investment promotion conference for Thai Binh – South Korea drew the participation of more than 100 South Korean enterprises. During the event, certificates of investment registration were awarded for three projects, while eight investment cooperation agreements were signed across various sectors such as industry and trade, education, and labour.
The cultural exchange programme and Vietnamese-South Korean gastronomy provided visitors and locals with the opportunity to experience the unique cultural aspects of both countries, including dance, music, and cuisine.

Thai Binh Homecoming Day is a significant event, serving not only as an occasion to honour the traditional cultural values of both South Korea and Vietnam but also as an opportunity for cultural exchange, learning, collaboration, and the promotion of investment between the two nations.
Hoabinhevents transformed Thai Binh Square into an impressive stage, featuring top-notch equipment. The modern high-end equipment demonstrated the class and professionalism of the organising unit.

International acclaim poured in from esteemed publications such as The Korea Times and Korea Herald, characterising the gathering as both a cultural celebration and a business festival uniting the two nations.
The Korea Times heralded the event as "an opportunity for Vietnam and Korea to strengthen cooperation," while the Korea Herald underscored the economic and trade cooperation agreements sealed during the festivities.
Crucially, the event's impact extended beyond the business realm, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of the Vietnam-Korea community. The substantial turnout of spectators and the active support from local government agencies stand as clear testaments to the event's resounding success.
