The modern multi-tenant logistics facility spans 70,000 square metres and is located in the Yen Phong I Industrial Park in Bac Ninh province

Completed in March, the park achieved the full occupancy of its second building within six months, contributing to an overall occupancy rate of 75 per cent.

This building is now leased to a diverse set of customers, including a top Japanese third-party logistics (3PL) company, a global supply chain management services provider, and one of South Korea's largest confectionery brands, as well as local manufacturers focusing on solar module solutions and film technologies.

Designed to high sustainability standards, the facility is LEED certified for its design and construction, which is a testament to SLP’s commitment to responsible building practices.

This partnership has established a strong basis for potential future collaboration between these two enterprises in other SLP parks in Vietnam.
