According to Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of Da Nang’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, China has long been one of Da Nang’s key international tourism markets, with steady growth and ranking second among international visitor markets to the city for many years.
The return of China Southern Airlines with the Shenzhen – Da Nang route marks an important milestone, contributing to enhanced trade and tourism connectivity between the two localities and promising stronger growth of the Chinese tourist market to Da Nang in the near future.
Da Nang’s tourism sector will continue to promote marketing campaigns and restore flight routes from major Chinese cities to Da Nang in the coming time.
According to Mairehaba Yisilayili, representative of China Southern Airlines in Viet Nam, the carrier plans to operate six round-trip flights with specific schedules on October 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, and 22.

The resumption of the Shenzhen – Da Nang route is expected to open a new phase of strong, comprehensive cooperation, not only serving as a bridge for trade and tourism but also fostering deeper ties between Da Nang and Shenzhen.
