The groundbreaking ceremony of a road project connecting the Ha Noi-Hai Phong highway with the Cau Gie-Ninh Binh expressway

The second phase involves contruction the 16.3km road with total investment of more than VND702 billion, set to be completed in 2023.

The route is expected to reduce traffic load for urban areas in Ha Noi whilst improving the efficiency of traffic linkages, thereby attracting further investment and strengthen trade, tourism, and urban development for the entire northern delta region.

It will also contribute to improving transport infrastructure in order to meet the increasing demand for inter-regional traffic and trade exchanges among localities nationwide.

Some dynamic and fast-growing provinces and cities benefiting from the project include Ha Nam, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh./.
