The company rose to 4th place in the Engineering, Machinery, and Mechanical sector, advanced to 8th in the Manufacturing & Processing industry, and maintained its 23rd position among Vietnam’s Top 100 Best Places to Work - Medium Enterprises.

The rankings stem from a comprehensive, independent analysis of employee feedback and workplace data conducted by Anphabe and Intage Market Research Company, under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The methodology evaluates enterprises across critical dimensions including employee satisfaction, innovation capacity, inclusiveness, and organizational culture to establish one of the most trusted benchmarks for workplace excellence in Vietnam.

For instance, since 2020, Schaeffler Vietnam has implemented the German Standard Apprenticeship Program, offering young technical talents a combination of theoretical and hands-on training at Schaeffler’s manufacturing plant in Bien Hoa.
