Mark Wiens, a popular blogger from the United States, has praised the local dish bun rieu after sampling the delicious cuisine in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnamese bun rieu 

“Out of all the foods I ate in Vietnam, bun rieu was one of my favourite noodles dishes”, Wiens stated on his own blog.

He therefore suggested that all visitors to Vietnam should sample bun rieu, a local delicacy consisting of crab noodle soup.
