Today's Reference exchange rate at 9:30, November 15, 2022.
The State Bank of Vietnam set reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 23.683 VND/USD on November 11, fell down 1VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/-5%, the ceiling rate applicable to commercial banks during the day is 24.860 VND/USD and the floor rate 22.493 VND/USD.
The opening-hour rates at commercial banks slightly decreased.
At 8:30am, BIDV listed the buying rate at 24.645 VND/USD and the selling rate at 24.845 VND/USD, both down from the end of November 14.
Vietcombank kept rates down at 24.575 VND/USD (buying) and the selling rate at 24.855 VND/USD (selling).
