With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,558 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,124 VND/USD.

At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates saw increases.

At 8:31 am, both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,198 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,558 VND/USD, both up 4 VND from the rates on January 9.
