In this field, r-pac Vietnam is gradually asserting its pioneering role, bringing advanced technologies into manufacturing and helping Vietnamese businesses enhance their competitiveness while integrating more deeply into global supply chains.

From a key technology partner in Vietnam's manufacturing and export ecosystem...

In the context of a global economy rapidly shifting towards digitalisation, transparency and sustainable development, the ability to participate in international supply chains is no longer determined solely by manufacturing capacity but increasingly by capabilities in data management, traceability and operational optimisation. Against this backdrop, r-pac International, with its network of subsidiaries in 30 countries, has become one of the world's leading providers of branding, graphics and supply chain solutions, with a mission to help clients strengthen their brands and optimise operational performance. r-pac Vietnam is a key link in that global network.

For many years, Vietnam has emerged as one of the Asia-Pacific region's major manufacturing hubs, particularly in the textile, footwear, electronics and consumer goods sectors. This provides an ideal environment for r-pac's technological solutions to deliver value.

After more than 15 years of operation in Vietnam, r-pac Vietnam has built a large-scale operation employing more than 1,300 people and operating four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in VSIP II Industrial Park (Binh Duong) and Yen Phong Industrial Park (Bac Ninh). The company continues to invest in expanding its operations and deploying advanced technologies, helping connect Vietnamese manufacturers to global supply chains.

More than just a manufacturer of labels and packaging, r-pac Vietnam offers products and services ranging from garments, hang tags, woven labels, printed labels, heat transfer printing, stickers, barcodes, poly bags, leather goods and hangers to integrated branding and smart supply chain solutions.

The company has invested in advanced production technologies, including the r-trac management platform, XL145 large-format printing systems and other state-of-the-art equipment. It holds numerous international certifications, including FSC, Higg Index, OEKO-TEX, G7 Master, and GMI, while supporting its Net Zero 2050 commitment by using recycled materials and environmentally friendly inks.

In addition, the company provides comprehensive solutions for paper packaging, woven labels, printed labels, hang tags and RFID labels, meeting the increasingly stringent requirements of global supply chains.

As a result, r-pac Vietnam not only supplies products but also serves as a technology partner for manufacturers. Through product identification, RFID, data management and traceability solutions, the company helps Vietnamese manufacturers meet increasingly stringent international standards while enhancing supply chain efficiency.

One of r-pac Vietnam's key competitive advantages is its comprehensive RFID ecosystem. RFID technology enables automatic identification and tracking of goods via radio waves, helping businesses manage inventory more accurately, reduce losses, optimise operations and improve demand forecasting.

Through its RFID tags, smart labels, hardware systems and the r-trac data management platform, r-pac has supported many domestic and international businesses in improving supply chain performance. These technologies are increasingly being adopted by global retailers to improve transparency, speed and accuracy in inventory management while meeting rising international compliance requirements.

…to a strategic partner in the digital transformation of global supply chains

Currently, r-pac Vietnam produces and supplies tens of millions of products annually, including hang tags, woven labels, printed labels and RFID tags, serving leading global retailers and brands such as Walmart, Target, Gap, Levi's, TTI, Uniqlo, JCPenney, Kohl's, Under Armour and Nike.

Partnering with international corporations not only demonstrates r-pac Vietnam's manufacturing and management capabilities but also enables Vietnamese manufacturers to integrate more deeply into global value chains. Through the adoption of advanced technical and management standards, many Vietnamese manufacturers have gradually strengthened their ability to meet international market requirements while expanding their role within the supply networks of global brands.

Alongside technological development, r-pac Vietnam also places strong emphasis on sustainable development. The company holds numerous internationally recognised certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, FSC for sustainable forest management, FSSC 22000 for food safety, and industry certifications such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO-TEX, G7 and GMI.

These certifications not only reflect the company's commitment to product quality but also demonstrate its responsibility towards the environment, local communities and the sustainable development of the industry. As major markets such as the United States, the European Union and Japan place increasing emphasis on ESG principles and green supply chains, compliance with international standards has become a key competitive advantage for exporters.

The journey of r-pac Vietnam, from a provider of product identification solutions to a strategic partner in the digital transformation of supply chains for many global brands, has strengthened Vietnam's high-tech manufacturing capabilities while serving as an important bridge between global technologies and the country's manufacturing sector.

Beyond providing technical solutions, the company also helps foster a culture of innovation, raise management standards and support the development of a modern manufacturing ecosystem aligned with international best practices. In doing so, it enables Vietnamese businesses to enhance their competitiveness and integrate more deeply into global value chains, at a time when digital transformation and sustainable development are becoming defining trends in international trade.

With a solid technological foundation, a broad customer network and a strong commitment to sustainable development, r-pac Vietnam continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner of international brands while contributing to the growing value and global competitiveness of products made in Vietnam
