Pham and Biden agreed to foster the comprehensive partnership between Viet Nam and the U.S., including bilateral cooperation in addressing climate issues, and welcomed American businesses’ investment in green growth and sustainable development in Viet Nam.
Pham highly valued President Biden’s efforts to strengthen cooperation with Viet Nam and Asian countries, affirming that Viet Nam attaches importance to further deepening relations with the U.S. in a stable manner.
