Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on April cabled messages of sympathy to European leaders over the COVID-19 pandemic which is ravaging the continent.

The letters are sent to President of the European Council Charles Michel, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and European Parliament President David Sassoli.

On this occasion, PM Phucs also sent messages of sympathy to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
