Phat Dat won awards for seven important categories and three nominations for its CADIA Quy Nhon project

Phat Dat scooped up awards for four categories including Best Boutique Developer, Special Recognition for CSR, Special Recognition for Building Communities, and Special Recognition in ESG.

CADIA Quy Nhon garnered three wins including Best Branded Residential Development, Best Residential Development in Quy Nhon, and Best High-End Condo Landscape Architectural Design.

In addition, CADIA Quy Nhon was nominated for three categories: Best High-End Condo Interior Design, Best High-End Condo Architectural Design,  and Best Waterfront Condo Development.

As a big winner across many important and highly competitive categories, Phan Dat's achievement is a testament to the company's reputation and the quality of its projects. The highlight is the CADIA Quy Nhon project – a hotel, commercial and residential complex – in the central square of Quy Nhon city. This is a key project that Phat Dat is implementing.
