To support enterprises, people and officials involved in the implementation of new procedures for the National Single Window (NSW), the General Department of Vietnam Customs worked with ministries and sectors to organise nine training sessions.

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs – Permanent Agency of National Steering Committee on ASEAN Single Window, NSW and trade facilitation (Steering Committee 1899), after the sixth meeting of the committee (in February 2020), the Ministry of Finance (General Department of Vietnam Customs) worked with other ministries to implement new administrative procedures through NSW.
Officially implemented through the National Single Window were 10 new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and two administrative procedures of the Ministry of Health.
Newly constructing and completed connection test and preparing to officially implement 14 new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (six procedures), Ministry of Defense (six procedures) and Ministry of Health (two procedures customary).
Newly constructing and in the process of testing nine new administrative procedures from the Ministry of Health.
Starting the implementation of one procedure of the State Bank (unifying professional process and information criteria).
Updated to the end of August, 200 administrative procedures have been officially deployed, up 12 procedures compared to 2019 and 23 procedures are connected to prepare for official implementation.
Regarding implementation results, updated to August 25, there are more than 3.2 million dossiers of more than 40,000 enterprises implemented through the National Single Window.
During implementation, the Ministry of Finance (General Department of Vietnam Customs) has worked with relevant ministries and units to organise nine training sessions to implement new procedures; support and guide businesses in the process of implementing administrative procedures via the NSW through the Permanent Support Section (Helpdesk) of the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
