The Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) is an annual award organized by VDCA under the auspices of the Ministry of Information and Communications. This year, the Organizing Committee selected some of the most deserving candidates for the trophy. The jury consisted of leading managers, tech gurus and digital transformation experts in Vietnam.

Nam A Bank received the Vietnam Digital Awards 2023 for the category “Outstanding digital products, services and solutions” with its technology solution - ONEBANK 365+ automatic digital transaction point.

Nam A Bank is one of the banks that have strongly embraced digitalization, deploying a series of new and pioneering technologies in the banking and finance industry. With the aim of becoming a leading commercial bank with a comprehensive financial model, digitalization is always a key strategy for the bank to deliver different, seamless and secure experiences to customers.

ONEBANK is one of the successful examples of automatic digital transaction point models that banks have been investing heavily in. At the same time, Nam A Bank has also strengthened its partnerships and cooperation with major technology partners to expand its ecosystem such as VGS, Mobifone, VNPOST, VNpay and VETC to diversify financial solutions while optimizing operating costs, enhancing transparency and improving work performance.

With its leading efforts in digital transformation, Nam A Bank has been ranked top among local banks for such criteria as technical infrastructure, human resource infrastructure and internal information technology application (core banking, electronic payment) by Vietnam ICT Index for many consecutive years.

The bank has also been highly recognized by domestic and international organizations through many prestigious awards such as Vietnam Digital Awards 2019 and 2023, Best Digital Bank in Vietnam 2022 and Best New Digital Bank Vietnam 2021 as voted by International Business Magazine, Best Banking Technology Implementation Vietnam 2021 by Global Banking & Finance Magazine and most recently the Open Banking Initiative of the Year 2023 Award by Asian Banking & Finance Magazine.
