As of February 15, 212 administrative procedures from13 ministries and branches have been connected to the National Single Window with nearly 3.63 million dossiers of nearly 44,800 firms, according to the General Department of Vietnam Customs – the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee on ASEAN Single Window, National Single Window and Trade Facilitation (Commission 1899).

Regarding the development of the Government decree on the information connection and exchanging between Government agencies and stakeholders via the National Single Window in import, export and transit, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has received 25 of 26 comments from Government members for decree formulation.

The GDVC is receiving and explaining the opinions of Government members.

Regarding the implementation of the ASEAN Single Window, Vietnam continues to connect the e-C/O form D with nine ASEAN member states via the ASEAN Single Window.

As of February 15, 286,386 C/O were received by Vietnam from ASEAN member states, and 357,023 C/O were sent by Vietnam to ASEAN member states.

The Ministry of Finance is preparing conditions for the connection of ASEAN customs declarations and phytosanitary certificates.

These documents are planned to be connected in 2021.
