The island  also ranked 4th among the 10 most affordable tropical destinations to visit around the world by Travel+Leisure magazine.

The ranking is part of the Dutch-based travel agency's annual Traveler Review Awards, which recognize 1.71 million accommodation partners, 1,329 car rental providers, and 124 taxi services across 212 countries and territories.
