The southern province of Khanh Hoa will launch four major projects, valued at nearly $800 million, to celebrate Vietnam’s National Day on September 2.
One of these projects is the 227-hectare Nha Trang mixed-use urban area in Nam (South) Nha Trang Ward, with a total investment of VND17 trillion (US$667 million).

The other project is the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, which covers over 287 hectares and is funded with around VND1.8 trillion (US$71 million). The zoning plan for this site has been approved.
Meanwhile, the Thanh Hai Resettlement Area will cost over VND1.1 trillion (US$43 million) to provide 1,352 apartments to house approximately 5,400 people.
A VND294 billion (US$12 million) training and research facility planned by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in Nam Nha Trang is scheduled to break ground on this occasion.
The two-hectare site will accommodate up to 2,000 students and feature classrooms, dormitories, and administrative buildings. This is the only project fully cleared to break ground.
The remaining three are completing final procedures to ensure timely construction.
These projects demonstrate Khanh Hoa's continued appeal as a dynamic destination for tourism and real estate investment.
In 2024, the province attracted 25 non-budget investment projects worth nearly VND51 trillion (US$2 billion) and recorded 27,200 property transactions worth VND46.7 trillion (US$1.8 billion), up 36% from 2023.
