Ju Young Trading Service Co., Ltd (Ju Young Company), established in 2019, is headquartered in Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu district. With its right and flexible development strategy, the company has gradually built up a foothold in protective equipment export.

In the new stage of establishment (from late 2019 to early 2020), Ju Young Company mainly made protective clothing for export. During this time, the COVID-19 epidemic outbreak around the world caused this startup company to face numerous challenges, especially in exports.

Thanks to drastic actions in the fight against the epidemic by the government of Binh Phuoc province (the province reportedly has no infection cases), the company's performance was stable and uninterrupted. In addition, local authorities focused on solving difficulties and cutting administrative procedures, thus facilitating production, business, export and import.

From the third quarter of 2020, the Company switched to making Personal protective equipment for export to South Korea, helping it increase revenue and attract 70 employees whose average monthly salary is VND8-10 million. The company always fully provides insurance and welfare for employees, labor safety, and fire prevention.

Director Nguyen Hai Hang said, “Previously, we only cared about exports while the demand from offices, schools, companies and factories across the country is huge. Currently, Ju Young Company is manufacturing uniforms and protective equipment for the domestic market.

“In the short term, Ju Young made uniforms for the education sector in Binh Phuoc province before expanding to supply to other sectors in Binh Phuoc and other provinces. In addition to fostering production and improving product quality, we will focus on promoting and introducing Vietnamese products with the best quality and price,” she said.

Besides, currently the concern of the company is not the output but the lack of skilled workers. Therefore, the company hopes that the province will have better labor training policies to meet recruiting needs of the company as it expands business operations.
