In addition to an ongoing golf course project, Hue City in central Vietnam expects the KX Group from South Korea to continue researching and expanding investment into sectors with significant growth potential, such as tourism, services, media, high-tech, and cultural industries.

Chairman of the City People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, made these remarks during a working session on June 30 with a delegation from the South Korean KX Group, led by its Vice Chairman Lee Kang Bong.

According to Mr. Toan, Hue possesses substantial advantages in culture, tourism, services, the urban economy, the marine economy, and green development. These sectors are currently being prioritized by the local government to create a foundation for sustainable growth.

The city is presently focused on improving its investment environment and enhancing service quality for residents, businesses, and investors. Furthermore, Hue is prioritizing the attraction of high-quality projects that align with its long-term development strategy.

The city chairman noted that the KX Group’s expertise in resort tourism, golf courses, and high-quality services is a perfect fit for the potential and the high-end tourism strategy that Hue is pursuing.

Mr. Lee Kang Bong highly valued Hue's advantages, particularly in tourism, services, and the green economy. According to the KX Group representative, these factors are key drivers in attracting international investors.

The KX vice chairman stated that the group will continue to coordinate closely with relevant local departments and agencies during the implementation of the golf course project, aiming to establish the facility as a new landmark for Hue City.

At the same time, the Group expressed its desire to further strengthen connections and broaden its cooperation with Hue across multiple fields.
