Herbalife Vietnam is supporting the organizing of 62th Tien Phong Marathon National Championship 2021 in Pleiku City, Gia Lai province from March 26 to 28 to promote active lives in the community as well as identify athletic talents for Vietnam sports in the future. The event, held on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (March 27, 1946 – March 27, 2021) and in response to the Olympic Running Day, attracted the participation of about 5,000 people of diversified backgrounds, including professional national athletes who won medals at SEA Games and Asian Games, entrepreneurs, intellectuals, scientists, students, local people and foreign tourists.

Participants to the 62th Tien Phong Marathon National Championship 2021 can register to join short, mid and long distances including 1km, 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km for both male and female, professional and amateur runners. 

Tien Phong Marathon National Championship (Tien Phong Marathon) is a prestigious tournament with a long history behind it - the tournament was first held in Hanoi, 1958. Being a top sporting event, the tournament has been integrated into Vietnam’s official athletics competition system for the last 50 years, and it is held annually at the end of March. Tien Phong Marathon attracts the best participants in Vietnam competing for medals in mid and long distances, and this is also a good opportunity for amateur runners to compete on the same ground as top national athletes.
