Leaders of Hanoi’s administration provided an offering of incense to ancestors and laid wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum on October 10 to commemorate 1,010 years of Thang Long-Hanoi and to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the capital’s Liberation Day.
