Hai Duong Customs Branch (Hai Phong Customs Department) has strengthened information provision via Zalo, Facebook and e-mail to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.

A representative of Hai Duong Customs Branch said that, following the instruction of leaders at all levels, the branch temporarily changed the methods of dissemination, instruction and removal of problems for businesses.
Accordingly, instead of holding offline training conferences with a large number of people, Hai Duong Customs Branch will draft and send new documents and policies to the business community via e-mail, official dispatch, publicly listed at the branch’s headquarters and via social networks such as Zalo, Facebook and the website of Hai Phong Customs Department.

According to the Hai DuongCustoms Branch, its desire is to proactively disseminate and support the business community to understand and comply well with the law, prevent the situation that businesses accidentally make errors, leading to violations.
According to the latest information, from November 1to December 11, Hai Duong Customs Branch processed procedures for more than 335,354 declarations of 1,700 enterprises, of which about 350 enterprises regularly carried out customs procedures.
