This is the 12th consecutive year the market has been held and has become a familiar destination for residents in Ho Chi Minh City whenever Tet comes. According to the Organising Committee, visitors not only come to explore and purchase products but also rediscover the flavour of traditional Vietnamese Tet through festive dishes, regional specialties and inspiring start-up stories.

This year’s fair brings together nearly 40 enterprises, cooperatives and household producers from localities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Can Tho, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Vinh Long, Ca Mau, Dong Thap and An Giang. More than 500 product lines are on display, creating a diverse Tet space rich in regional identity.

Stalls offering traditional Tet foods remain a key attraction. Visitors can find “Chung” cake, “tet” cake, southern-style traditional cakes and sweet soups prepared using handcrafted methods that preserve the authentic flavours of the Lunar New Year feast.

With the message “green – responsible – sustainable”, the “Green Tet – Vietnamese Gifts” fair continues to serve as a bridge connecting consumers with enterprises, cooperatives and producers focusing on clean agriculture, transparent traceability, environmental responsibility and the preservation of local values.

According to Vu Kim Anh, Deputy Director of BSA and Head of the organising committee of the fair, after 12 years, the fair has evolved beyond a simple Tet shopping event into a meaningful space linking urban consumers with responsible producers from across the country.

“We hope that every product showcased at the fair carries a story of perseverance, transparency and respect for nature,” she said.
