Green Park Vinh Phuc with nearly 300 hectares has a strategic location just about 40 minutes from Hanoi’s centre and 15 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport (18km).

Additionally, the park is close to major roads such as the Hanoi-Haiphong expressway and national highways. It is therefore conveniently and flexibly connected with neighbouring industrial parks such as SEV Sam Sung Bac Ninh, SEVT Sam Sung Thai Nguyen, and Hyundai Ninh Binh.

The wastewater treatment system is a top feature at Green Park Vinh Phuc

At Green Park, 200 hectares are allocated for the construction of factories and warehouses. The space is divided into land plots that range from small to large to meet the diverse needs of private investors and customers.

The remaining area is devoted to infrastructure, operation management, and auxiliary services. More than 37 hectares are reserved for landscaping and water features.

Green Park features a synchronous and intelligent infrastructure system. A few of the many outstanding utilities that apply cutting-edge technology to operation in the park are an integrated management system, an AI-empowered security system, a logistics system, and an emergency response to epidemics.

One of the major projects developed by YSL Vietnam is Green Park Vinh Phuc IP based in Nam Binh Xuyen, Vinh Phuc province.

Embodying the vision and mission of YSL Group, Green Park Vinh Phuc is set to become a green and smart IP in line with its pioneering strategy that aims to change the local economy, contribute to the transformation of local area, and employ cutting-edge technology at industrial zones across Vietnam.

Green Park Vinh Phuc is oriented to develop into a green and smart industrial park

In addition, at Green Park Vinh Phuc, the system of solar panels installed on all the factory roofs or on the vacant land will provide an abundant and clean energy source for production.

Excess electricity will be distributed and exchanged with the national power grid to bolster capacity and operate efficiently. The water supply and drainage system, in addition to high-tech wastewater treatment surrounding the IP, will help Green Park Vinh Phuc to save clean water while ensuring production and consumption demands are met.
