The Decree sets out detailed regulations on social enterprises, State-owned enterprises, groups of companies, and disclosure of information.

Social enterprises shall be allowed to receive aid from foreign non-governmental organizations for the purposes of handling social and environmental issues in accordance with current legal regulations.

The forms of aid could be asset, cash, or technical assistance provided by domestic individuals and organizations, and foreign organizations having registered operations in Viet Nam./.
