Violations at VEAM Motor under the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation- Joint Stock Company (VEAM) are being investigated by the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Police Agency.

The Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Police Agency (C03) recently issued a decision on criminal prosecutions for violations of regulations on management and use of the State assets, causing loss and waste at VEAM Motor.

At the same time, the agency issued a decision on prosecutions and an arrest warrant for Pham Vu Hai former Director of VEAM Motor for violation of regulations on the management and use of the State assets, causing loss and waste as prescribed in Article 219 of the Code Criminal 2015.

After the Supreme People's Procuracy approved the above decisions and arrest warrant, the Investigation Police Agency has served decisions and perform the warrant for Hai.

The case is under investigation to recover the loss by the Investigation Police Agency.
