Arque Degi JSC represents a consortium that includes Vietnam’s Lac Viet Group, Switzerland's Finance Suisse, and European luxury super-yacht maker Palmer Johnson.
The developments comprise a 225-hectare southern De Gi floating tourism-urban complex (at the cost of VND2.28 trillion or $86.37 million), a 187-hectare central De Gi floating tourism-urban complex (over VND2.7 trillion or $102.23 million), and a 160-hectare northern De Gi floating tourism-urban complex (VND3.58 trillion or $135.83 million).
Construction is scheduled in two phases from Q2/2025 to mid-2032. The projects will be operational for 50 years.
Gia Lai Party chief Thai Dai Ngoc said the projects would serve as a new growth driver for the De Gi-An Luong coastal belt and enhance the province’s tourism competitiveness.
Local authorities have set up a task force to fast-track administrative procedures and prioritize land clearance and permitting.
The province urged investors to adhere to high design and environmental standards, aiming to develop a modern coastal complex tailored to luxury yachts and premium leisure tourism.
