The Filmore Da Nang, the highest building with artful cantilevered balconies in central Danang, is located by the Dragon Bridge

The Filmore Da Nang has been favoured by investors in the real estate sector since it came onto the market. Despite its boutique-style building, the project’s charm leverages the innovative approach by Filmore Development.

With a new philosophy called “high-touch living” and a professional way to develop global-standard luxury projects, The Filmore Da Nang stands out among other luxury condo projects – a segment that is inherently very strict.

According to the leaders of Filmore, the company is born to find its own way – creating new values for real estate projects. Filmore’s projects not only meet current customers’ ongoing demands but also wake up their unnamed dreams.

Market trends and customers’ demand have changed quickly and apparently. Especially because of physical and emotional upheavals caused by the pandemic, housing demand is likely different from what it was. Customers in the high-end segment have more options and requirements. Therefore, capturing and creating new trends is key for a product developer to find his place in a new market.

With extensive experience in many countries, Filmore has realised that art values and aesthetics are what luxury condos in Vietnam need. The upper class is seeking deep values making their house a place where they can stay true to themselves.

Understanding what customers need, Filmore determines specific orientations towards crafting artful living spaces.

The project developer expresses such artful living spaces through their interior, arrangements, and lighting that are designed by professionals from Italy, Singapore, and Vietnam. All elements are combined harmoniously.

The Filmore Da Nang is a new destination for those loving an artful living space

Regarding the overall design, Filmore’s architecture is inspired by a flying dragon. The idea comes from the Dragon Bridge which is a landmark of Danang. Filmore’s philosophy also includes a harmonious integration of Western architecture and Asian culture. That is why Filmore used Western contemporary architectural language to portray Asian symbolism delicately.

Moreover, the image of the flying dragon conveys a core message, that is the desire to rise to the top and strive for the best results.

The project’s outside appearance is inspired by the dragon with cantilevered balconies looking like the scales along their back. Each condo possesses a cantilevered balcony which is 1.4m wide and 3-4.4m long. The state-of-the-art balconies reaching out to the outside are a highlight of the project, which are rarely seen in other projects.

At night, the facade of the building lights up exposing the shape of the flying dragon, with the charming Han River in the background.

The lobby is decorated with a complex set of artworks themed “Carps Pass the Dragon’s Gate”. Meanwhile, its rooftop, which is home to modern amenities and relaxing spaces for residents, is decorated with a dragon ball depicting the “Carp Transforms into a Dragon” myth.

Architecture, interior, arrangements, and lighting are synchronised with the whole building, making it worth discovering. Filmore and its partners take care of the project as carefully as their own home – that is the persuasive beauty of The Filmore Da Nang.

Filmore aims to contribute artwork to Danang rather than just an ordinary luxury residential development. The Filmore Da Nang then complies with the prerequisites to become favoured by the upper class and those loving the artful living style.
