The recipients were recognized for innovative contributions under national emulation movements and were selected based on recommendations from the trade union’s executive committee.

The eight EVNNPT awardees are:

1. Nguyen Trong Duc, Northeast Transmission Team 1, Power Transmission Company 1

2. Nguyen Van Tan, head of Dong Thap Transmission Team, Power Transmission Company 4

3. Pham Ngoc Luat, deputy head of Can Tho Transmission Team, Power Transmission Company 4;

4. Ha Van Nguyen, deputy head of operations at the 500kV Phu My substation, Ho Chi Minh City Transmission Team 1, Power Transmission Company 4

5. Nguyen Huu Trung, Automation Team, Electrical Testing and Repair Team 4, Power Transmission Company 4

6. Pham Huynh Tri Nhan, staff of Investment and Construction Department, Power Transmission Company 4

7. Dinh Tien Dung, worker of Operations Team for Bu Dang transmission line, Ho Chi Minh City Transmission Team 2, Power Transmission Company 4

8. Nguyen Tan Dat, staff of Technical Department, Power Transmission Company 4.

EVNNPT has expanded its technical innovation and improvement programs in recent years, reporting 901 initiatives implemented across operations.

Under the national “One Million Initiatives” campaign, the corporation registered 1,103 initiatives for the 2022-2023 period, reaching nearly 156% of its target and contributing significantly to the power sector’s 10,000-initiative goal.

The VGCL’s Creative Labor Certificate is awarded annually to trade union members who fulfil duties and whose innovations deliver proven, practical benefits, in line with the confederation’s rewards regulation issued in the VGCL president's Decision 2106/QD-TLD.
