The granting took place at the announcement ceremony of Danang planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050 on November 25.

Among them, there are six domestic projects with one project increasing investment capital and one foreign-invested project receiving an investment certificate. The total investment capital of seven projects is more than $392 million.

Danang People's Committee awarded the investment registration certificate to the Foxlink Electronics Factory Project of Foxlink Group (Taiwan, China) in Danang Hi-Tech Park with a total investment of $135 million.

Another investment project received investment registration certificate is to build a complex to treat domestic solid waste, industrial solid waste and hazardous waste at Khanh Son Landfill, invested by AMACCAO Group with total investment capital increased by $61.38 million to $83.2 million.

Four real estate projects were awarded investment policy decisions and approved investors by Danang People's Committee. First is the Anh Duong Apartment Complex Project by My Phuc JSC with total investment capital of $39.8 million in Hoa Quy ward, Ngu Hanh Son district.

Second, the Ho Xuan Huong apartment project was invested by Phuc Thanh An Real Estate JSC with a total investment of $33.43 million.

Third, the Ocean Tower apartment project is invested by Aqua Tower Co., Ltd. with the total investment capital of $26.9 million, which is expected to come into operation in the first quarter of 2026. Fourth, the Mia Plaza apartment project is invested by Mia Investment JSC with the total capital of $25.32 million.

On this occasion, Danang People's Committee also awarded the investment decision and approved the investor of the CRC Solar panel factory project in Danang Hi-Tech Park, invested by Create Capital Vietnam JSC with the total investment of $49.5 million.

In addition, with the witness of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung and leaders of Danang, representatives of the University of Danang and the University of Engineering and Computer Science, Portland Sate University (US) received and awarded a certificate of intent to cooperate in semiconductor human resource training. The project will contribute to promoting the attraction of future semiconductor chip ventures.
