The COVID-19 pandemic has exerted a considerable impact on the company's operations since the beginning of the year, with revenue shrinking by 40% in some months due to rising input prices, falling orders, contracting markets, growing transport costs, COVID-19 tests, and employee subsidies. Striving to realize the “dual goal” and maintain the "green business zone", Daiwa Plastics Thang Long regularly informs and raises awareness of employees in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic; strictly applies regulations on pandemic prevention and control as recommended by the Ministry of Health and Vinh Phuc province; flexibly adopts three-shift working mechanism, works out appropriate response plans to safely adapt to all pandemic scenarios.
