The People’s Committee of Hoa Xuan Ward in central Da Nang city officially announced details for the Hoa Phuoc Social Housing project. With a scale of over 1,300 apartments, the project is a key step in realizing the city’s social housing development goals in line with Government policies.
The project will be situated on a planned land area of approximately 45,000 sq.m. Developed by Truong Hai Trading Construction Installation Joint Stock Company, the project has a preliminary total investment of over VND2 trillion (nearly 79.3 million).
According to the city's master plan, the development will consist of four social housing apartment blocks, including two 15-story and two 19-story buildings, providing a total of 1,326 units.
The site will also feature 40 five-story townhouses, a five-story service block, and a synchronized system of internal roads, public greenery, and technical infrastructure. The project is expected to accommodate a population of approximately 3,994 people.
The project site currently consists mainly of undeveloped agricultural land, which accounts for nearly 90% of the total area.
The primary objective of the project is to provide social housing units for sale to eligible policy beneficiaries as defined by law. Additionally, the developer will be permitted to manage and trade commercial housing sections within the project.
The implementation period is expected to span 48 months from the date the developer is granted land allocation or lease decisions. Groundbreaking is scheduled for September. 2026.
